New approacehes to health and health policies require a change in nursing functions and competences. Study program Nursing offers adequate education based on contemporary approacehs to nursing and are in line with good practices in European higher education institutions based on the European Parlieamnt Directive and Council on the recognition of professional qualifications.
The National Council for Higher Education of the Republic of Serbia issued a final decision on the accreditation of a study program (Rešenje o akreditaciji studijskog programa Sestrinstvo) at the Faculty of health, legal and business studies in Valjevo, Singidunum University on 14 September 2016.
Study program Nursing at the undergraduate level is four years long or eight semesters with 240 ECTS.
After graduation, the students are awarded the title: graduated nurse.
